Our History

At Kaerek Homes, Inc., our company is based upon the vision of our founder, Richard Kaerek, a hard-working man who eagerly pursued his dream of building homes even while working for the U.S. Postal Service.

Today, the second generation continues the Kaerek Homes tradition with great enthusiasm and imagination. Led by Michael Kaerek, the entire Kaerek Homes team takes a friendly, hands-on approach to the building process, ensuring a successful build for you and your family.

Over the years, Kaerek Homes met many challenges to become an industry leader in southeastern Wisconsin. Since our inception in 1961, Kaerek Homes has helped more than 7,000 families realize the dream of owning a new home. It would be our privilege to help you create the new home of your dreams.

Founded in 1961, Richard J. Kaerek pursued his dreams of residential development ~ building quality homes at an affordable price. In early childhood, I watched my father as he eagerly persevered and fulfilled his dreams. Learning from him, I knew the profession I would choose. I am deeply honored to follow in his footsteps and grow his vision in taking our family tradition of excellence to a new level at Kaerek Homes, Inc.
