Since 1961, Kaerek Homes has been dedicated to finding answers to your concerns about the ever-increasing cost of home ownership. Our definition of a perfect new home has always meant building in the best quality, while never letting product inclusions overshadow the overall affordability of the home itself. With the beginning of a new century, we've expanded our commitment by combining the best of our past experience spanning over four decades in the industry, with an increased focus on improving our homes with many name-brand products now standard in our very low home price. What this means for you is a better home without increased costs.

Keeping with Kaerek Homes tradition of product evolution, we are very happy to announce that all homes now feature as standard a high efficiency furnace, high efficiency hot water heater, vented range hood and high volume bath fans. In addition to these changes which provide significant energy savings and climate comfort in many models, space formerly required for chimney chase is now utilized for additional closet or pantry area. Of course, we still offer and highly recommend our BASE PRICE + PLUS upgrade package that addresses, up front, the top maintenance and quality concern areas of a new home: roofing material, exterior soffit and fascia board, upgraded interior flooring and argon gas windows. Additionally, an insulated steel embossed overhead garage door is included. We feel so strongly about the inclusion of these upgrades, that we are continuing to offer them at value-cost-pricing. It is our goal to prevent future problems before they occur and, in doing so, offer you many more carefree years in your new home.

Kaerek Homes, Inc. is built upon the dreams of founder, Richard Kaerek. A hard-working man, Richard was employed by the U.S. Postal Service and eagerly pursued his dream of building homes. In 1961, his dream came true when he earned his real estate brokers license and began to develop land and build homes on the south side of Milwaukee, where the company's headquarters reside to this day.

With so many home builders in southeastern Wisconsin, Kaerek Homes has met many challenges and became a leader in the industry. Kaerek has helped more than 7,000 families realize the dream of owning a new home since the start, and they currently build approximately 200 homes per year.

The majority of the homes we build are starter homes for first-time homeowners and for people moving up into their second home, says Michael Kaerek, president of the firm and son of the company's founder. We offer a great deal of customization, and we also build larger homes to accommodate growing families. In fact, many of our customers choose to build a second, or even third home with us.
