Lot Purchase Financing
The developer, by special arrangement with private lenders, is able to offer financing for the purchase of any Kaerek Homes' homesite with as little as 10% of the site's sale price as the total down payment. As the lender is experienced with the development expertise and financial stability of
Kaerek Homes, Inc., there is no requirement (and, accordingly, no cost
to the borrower) of expensive appraisals, surveys and other such costs
usually charged by conventional lenders. The loan need not be amortized (payment of monthly interest is required), no escrow accounts for taxes or insurance and loan commitments take only a few days for qualified borrowers. For further financing information, consult your sales representative.
