Lot Purchase Financing

By special arrangement with private lenders, Kaerek Homes, Inc. offers financing for the purchase of a Kaerek homesite with as little as 10% of the site’s sale price as the total down payment. Because the lenders are experienced with the development expertise and financial stability of Kaerek Homes, there is no requirement of expensive appraisals, surveys and other costs associated with conventional lenders. The loan need not be amortized (payment of monthly interest is required) and no escrow account is necessary for taxes or insurance. Loan commitment takes only a few days for qualified borrowers.
